This is the live recording of a presentation given by Michelle at Crazy Wisdom books in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The presentation is on the energy body, and draws upon material from Michelle's book, "The Psychic Energy Codex." She covers the anatomy of the energy body, basic concepts about chakras and energy channels, the health of body and energy, and how individuals can learn to be more aware of this side of themselves. She ends the presentation by leading the group in a guided meditation, then discussing individual experiences of the visualization. The presentation was given on the afternoon of April 25, 2009.

This is the first of several recordings I was able to do at the 2008 Kheprian Open House. In this recording, HK member Raxx introduces the concept of energy work and instructs a group of people in how to sense energy. The main thrust of the presentation involves learning how to trust impressions and also learning how to master one's inevitably unique method of perception.

This is another short relaxation technique intended to help launch the listener into one of the more in-depth guided meditations. The sound quality is better than the live-recording of the Full-Body Relaxation, so listeners may find they prefer this over the other. "The Sound of my Voice" was recorded as part of a gift CD of meditations done for a friend several years ago. All are variations on guided past life regressions, including the "Cave of Secrets," posted previously.

This is a guided meditation used specifically to dig up repressed material. It has most often been used for past life work, but the meditation can also be applied to suppressed memories from this life. To help put you in the right headspace prior to embarking on this guided journey, you may consider first going through the Full-Body Relaxation. Otherwise this exercise is stand-alone.
