Thu, 17 July 2008 This is the first of several recordings I was able to do at the 2008 Kheprian Open House. In this recording, HK member Raxx introduces the concept of energy work and instructs a group of people in how to sense energy. The main thrust of the presentation involves learning how to trust impressions and also learning how to master one's inevitably unique method of perception. Comments[6] |
Sun, 25 May 2008 This is part two of the Kherete ritual structure podcast. This one discusses the wheel of the year and the Kheprian-inspired take on the seasonal rituals. It also offers insight into the dynamics between the Lightside of the Year and Darkside of the Year concepts. Comments[4] |
Thu, 15 May 2008 This is part one of an instructional series I started for those involved in the Kherete project, a kind of open-source magickal system based on the work of House Kheperu. In this recording, I explain the concepts behind the castes, their roles in ritual and energy work, and then I address the way the castes work together to build and maintain sacred space. Sat, 1 March 2008 The Rite of Seven Gates is a guided meditation that takes the listeners on a descent into the underworld, where they confront the Hall of Judgment beyond the Seventh Gate. I have had many requests for this guided journey, and I finally managed to record it while running it live for a group in Chicago at Alchemy Arts. Enjoy. Comments[5] |
Fri, 8 February 2008 This is another short relaxation technique intended to help launch the listener into one of the more in-depth guided meditations. The sound quality is better than the live-recording of the Full-Body Relaxation, so listeners may find they prefer this over the other. "The Sound of my Voice" was recorded as part of a gift CD of meditations done for a friend several years ago. All are variations on guided past life regressions, including the "Cave of Secrets," posted previously. Comments[4] |
Fri, 8 February 2008 This is a guided meditation used specifically to dig up repressed material. It has most often been used for past life work, but the meditation can also be applied to suppressed memories from this life. To help put you in the right headspace prior to embarking on this guided journey, you may consider first going through the Full-Body Relaxation. Otherwise this exercise is stand-alone. Comments[4] |
Fri, 8 February 2008 This full-body relaxation technique is a visualization often used by Michelle to prepare people for other guided meditations. It was recorded as part of the Past Lives Workshop from the 2006 Kheprian Open House, but it can be used to achieve a meditative state for practically any visualization technique. As such, it can be used to prepare for the "Temple of the Self" guided meditation posted here, or it can be used to set the stage for any similar guided journeys. Comments[4] |
Fri, 8 February 2008 Part two of the Past Lives Workshop recorded during the 2006 Kheprian Open House, this is the guided meditation known as "The Temple of the Self." The sound of rolling surf has been added to the live recording to facilitate its use in personal meditation. Part two of two. Comments[3] |
Thu, 7 February 2008 This is a live recording of the Past Lives Workshop from the 2006 Kheprian Open House. Prior to leading the participants on a past life regression, Michelle explains the concept of past lives and why they are relevant to who we are today. She further tackles issues like individual styles of memory, cryptoamnesia, and the historical verification of past lives. Part one of two. Comments[2] |
